icon05/29/2017 - Gym Closed 5/29-6/3 - Early Summer Break

Island Tumblers Gymnastics will be closed from Monday, May 29 through Saturday, June 3rd for our Early Summer Break. We will resume regular scheduled classes on Monday, June 5th. This break is factored in and is not part of any session therefore no pro-rating or make-up classes are needed. We hope everyone has a fun Summer Break!

Half Day: $130 per week
Full Day: $180 per week
Single Day: $70 per day

*Per day rate for those who would like to participate in a single full day only. No Single Half Day allowed. Date of single day must be specified on registration form.

Sibling Discount: 10% off will be applied to each additional sibling after the first child of full price. Discount will be applied at the time of payment.

Refund Policy: Full Refunds will be given out with notice of withdraw one week prior to the start of each camp in order to open up slots for additional participants. Notice less than one week prior to the start of camp will receive 50% of refund.

Payment Due in Full at the time of registration in order to reserve your spot. Payments will be accepted in CASH ONLY.

What to Bring:

  • Lunch *Half Day Campers do not need to bring a lunch as they will be leaving at this time.

icon01/01/2017 - 2017 Birthday Party Packages

As of January 2017, the following changes will be applied to birthday parties:

Birthday Party Days and Times
Birthday parties are available at the following times:
Sunday 12:30-2:00, 2:45-4:15, 5:00-6:30

**You may come 15 minutes prior to the party to set up and have 30 minutes after the party for clean up.

Cost:

Package #1: $100 for 1-10 kids

Package #2: $150 for 11-20 kids

Package #3: $200 for 21-30 kids

 -We are able to schedule birthday party reservations up to two months in advance. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due on the day that you reserve the party. The remaining balance with the total head count of the kids participating will be due on the Monday the week of the party.

icon01/22/2017 - Drop-in Acro Training for Pas De Deux Hawaii Students

Island Tumblers Gymnastics is excited to offer a weekly 2-hour acro training session to current Pas De Deux Hawaii students ages 8 and up. Each two-hour session will include: basic stretching and warm-up, introduction to basic acro skills used in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Lyrical dance genres, general conditioning, and 30 minutes of open mat time for students to work on individual skills and goals.

Enrollment per training session is limited to 30 students. To reserve a spot please make sure to register online at Islandtumblersgymnastics.com. Payments ($20/training session) are due at the door on that day, in cash. You can sign up for as many dates as you would like.

Acro Training Sessions will be held every Sunday from 9:00-11:00 am from January 22-May 21

How to Register for Winter Break Acro Workshops
1. Please note that in order to attend a session your child must be a current student at Pas De Deux Hawaii. In addition, a current online account and annual registration fee with Island Tumblers Gymnastics is required as well.
2. To create an account with Island Tumblers go to the Parent Portal, Click on Create Account and following the steps creating a new account. Once you have completed the online forms you will receive a confirmation from our front office. Simply follow the steps below after
3. Once you have an account login to the Parent Portal, choose Acro training from the upper left hand side, select enroll now for the PDD Acro Training
4. Follow the instructions to request enrollment in a session. Please note that while it will give you a total due it will not charge you for the session. Payments ($20/session) are due at the door on that day. Once your request for enrollment has been approved via our front office you will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the dates you requested*.

* Please note that if you have not paid the annual registration fee ($30/individual or $50/family) you will be asked to do this prior to receiving for confirmation of enrollment in the session
