Each family is entitled to 1 vacation credit per calendar year. A vacation credit enables you to pay ½ of your monthly tuition for 1 session (your child will only be eligible to do ½ their classes during that session). If you miss your child’s two classes, you may schedule 2 make-up classes. We recommend using your vacation credit during a time when you plan to be off island for 3 weeks or more. 

 

* You must notify the front office if you will be using a vacation credit.

 

* If your child misses the two classes that you have paid for, you must schedule make-up classes through the front office.

 

* When using a vacation credit tuition payments are still due by the 1^st of the month and will incur a $25.00 late charge if paid after the 5^th.
